Cancellation Policy
Salon: Should clients need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum 24-hour notice. Special Services: All Keratin or hair extension services require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Spa & Bridal Parties: A credit card or gift card is required in order to reserve an appointment. As a courtesy to other guests as well as our service providers, we require a minimum 24 hour notice before the scheduled services (s). Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the services (s) cancelled.
Return Policy If for any reason a client is dissatisfied with a product purchase, we will do our best to assist you or promptly exchange it within 30 days of purchase with a receipt

Services If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any service(s) provided, please feel free to call us within a week of your last appointment. Our client service representatives will be more than happy to assist you in scheduling a new appointment at no charge.
Gratuities Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips must be made in cash and may not be added to credit or debit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Methods of Payment We accept cash, Amex, Visa, MC and Discover cards. Checks are not accepted. |
